Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
Local Fractional LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects limited information you voluntarily provide through this website — typically your name, email address, phone number, and company details submitted via contact, intake, or appointment-booking forms. We also collect anonymous and pseudonymous usage data (page views, referrers, device type, click identifiers) via standard web analytics and advertising measurement tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries you initiate
- To send newsletter or educational content when you opt in
- To schedule and prepare for introductory consultations you request
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve site content
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help operate this site (e.g., email platform, analytics, scheduling, advertising measurement), each under standard confidentiality and data-protection terms. Where required for advertising attribution, we may share a hashed identifier or click ID with Google Ads to confirm a conversion (see Section 6).
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and gather usage statistics. The cookies fall into three categories:
- Functional — required for the site to work (session, scheduler embed, accessibility preferences).
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-60BPG7GS29) collects anonymous traffic data and Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect anonymous performance data. - Advertising — when you arrive on this site from a Google Ads click, we capture the Google Click Identifier (
gclid) into a first-party cookie namedlp_gclidwith a 30-day lifespan. This cookie does not contain personally identifying information; it is a click reference that lets us measure whether an ad click eventually resulted in a contact form submission or appointment booking.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function as intended if you do.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information independently. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic and engagement measurement.
- Google Ads — measurement of advertising performance, including online and offline conversion tracking. We do not use Google Ads remarketing on this site.
- Cloudflare — web hosting, security, and infrastructure-level analytics (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Zoom Scheduler — appointment booking. When you book a meeting, your contact details are submitted directly to Zoom and forwarded to us by email and via a secure server-to-server webhook.
- SearchAtlas — SEO optimization tooling (anonymous crawl data only).
6. Advertising Measurement and Offline Conversion Tracking
When you arrive on certain pages of this site from a Google Ads campaign, we record the Google Click Identifier (gclid) so we can measure which campaigns produced contact form submissions or appointment bookings. If you book an appointment, our server may transmit the click identifier and the conversion event to Google Ads via the Google Ads API as an "offline conversion." We do not transmit your name, email, phone number, or company details for advertising-measurement purposes — only the click identifier and a non-monetary signal that a conversion occurred.
You can opt out of personalized advertising measurement by Google at adssettings.google.com or by clearing your lp_gclid cookie in your browser settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact submissions and client data for as long as needed to provide services and comply with tax, legal, and reporting obligations. Anonymous analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default settings (currently 14 months). Click identifiers stored in the lp_gclid cookie expire after 30 days.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing info@localfractional.com. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) entitles you to additional rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
9. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business owners and professionals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page along with an updated "Last updated" date.
